Delete your KiwiShort account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open KiwiShort and tap Profile.
2. Tap Settings → Delete Account and confirm.

By email

Send an email to privacy@kiwishort.com with your KiwiShort user ID (shown under your name on the Profile tab). We will delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, sign-in connections, email, watch history and favorites are deleted. Remaining coins, reward coins and unlocked episodes are forfeited. Purchase records are kept anonymised where required for tax and accounting.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active VIP subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
