Love's Epilogue

After being diagnosed with late-stage uterine cancer by River Sullivan, Kayla Bourne decides to let Luke Newman and Summer Glenn be together. However, Luke, who doesn't love her, stubbornly refuses to divorce her and things become complicated. When she becomes pregnant, the cancer diagnosis is shattered.
