Former chief female agent of the "Dark League" syndicate, code-named Mulan, had to disappear after she reported the syndicate’s leader, Cedric Klaine, for conspiring with Moore Corp in illegal dealings. Hunted by both the syndicate and the Moore Corp, she was forced to retire and return to her hometown, where she assumed a new identity as Penelope Kirk, a delivery worker.
