The Rising Dragon Hall has been the guardian of Sutherland for generations. Three years ago, the Dragon Lord of the Rising Dragon Hall was betrayed and gravely injured by his subordinate, Wolfe, and subsequently disappeared. With the Dragon Lord missing, Wolfe seized the opportunity to conspire with Edward Hack, the son of the Grand Chancellor, and foreign forces from Janaise, aiming to usurp the Dragon Lord and overthrow Sutherland.
